- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee covers both dispatch and diagnosis. We keep our pricing competitive and always provide detailed estimates so you can make informed decisions. If you choose to have the repair done with us on the same day, the service call fee will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our customers informed of the progress of our work and listen and respond to customer concerns. There won't be any extra charges until diagnosis has been done and customer has been given time to consider their options in the case any additional work is needed.
