Paul called me, worked around my schedule and got things done quickly. He was friendly and the men who showed up were pleasant. They explained where they would find evidence of bugs/mice.
My condo was being treated at the request of the new tenants. There wasn't a pest problem, so I can only comment on my dealings with them. If I ever have a pest problem, I will definitely give them a call.
