My selection of Mast Services was the best all-around choice I could have ever made for HVAC service. Beforehand, I had searched through several sources for the highest rated company and for the most excellent service reviews. I had no HVAC system maintenance contract for over 3 years and wanted to get a status and diagnosis. The Mast Service professional, and I want to emphasize, “professional,” came the very next day of the weekend. He brought tools and meters to check the full range of HVAC components inside and out. His examination of the system was thorough. He showed me areas where the system’s performance was being hampered and what he would do to make the necessary clearances. He made a recommendation for adding preventive sensors and for improving my air filtering. Others who offered reviews on Thumbtack used terms to describe their experience with Mast Services as nothing less than “exceptional” and “expectations far exceeded.” I need to add my 5-star plus rating and recommend anyone in need of superior HVAC service at a most reasonable rate, to contact Mast Services. As a homeowner for over 40 years, requiring HVAC service with mixed results, I am pleased to have found and fully expect Mast Services to be my first choice in all future HVAC services!

Syed and his team were great! Our tenant’s A/C was not working and I was able to schedule a time for the next morning where Mast Services came out and spent a few hours troubleshooting and replacing parts that needed it all while maintaining communication with me the entire time. Furnace blowing cold air. Syed came that same day, a 25 degree Saturday, and got the heat back on quickly. While he was here, he very kindly took on a job to install my new smart thermostat. Happy with the work and both jobs were reasonable in pricing!
