Luis and his team did a great job on a few projects around my condo, to include painting ceiling, installing new baseboards in my main living space, and a complete overhaul of my utility/laundry closet (installing vinyl flooring and painting). Luis did a great job building a new wall with a door, a light switch, and floor molding, and adding recessed lighting to the new room. The room looks great. He had good recommendations for where to place the door and lights. He was flexible and easy to work with. He had great communication. I would hire Luis again.
