Snowstar LLC did an outstanding job on our basement plumbing project. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly meticulous with their work. Every detail was handled with care, and it was obvious they take pride in doing the job right rather than rushing through it.

Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the workmanship. They communicated well throughout the project, kept the work area clean, and completed everything exactly as promised.

Ahmet did an excellent job helping us with several plumbing needs, including installing a new water valve, servicing our water heater, and troubleshooting our faucets. He was communicative about his arrival time, which we really appreciated, and showed up exactly when expected.

He was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable—he took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Just had our outdoor hose faucet replaced and had a great experience. He installed a frost-free spigot and added a shutoff valve inside the wall, fixed the leak, and tested everything before leaving. Super professional, explained what he was doing, and his labor price was very fair compared to other quotes we got. As a first-time homeowner this was such a relief. Definitely recommending him!
