- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For service all of our Residential Service Techs they use flat rate pricing and let all of our customers know up front what the price will be before any work is completed. There is a $119.00 diagnostic charge and all service agreement customers receive 20% off all charges. Sign up today!
