We had a great experience with this team on our attic insulation project. The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Everyone was easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling, which made the process smooth from start to finish.In addition to removing the old insulation, air sealing, and installing new insulation, they also insulated the attic hatch cover, completed venting work for our bathroom fans, and took extra measures to ensure the project was done right and that the new insulation will perform well long-term. Highly recommend this team for quality work and a stress-free experience.Just about a week since our project was completed and there is a noticeable improvement in comfortability!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an Americans Serving Americans discount for law enforcement, first responders, and current/former military members. All of our pricing is based on the specific solutions required to improve the comfort and energy efficiency of your home. Pricing will vary based on the solution, and the size of the area that needs to be worked on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will consult over the phone first, and we talk through the problems that your home is experiencing. On that phone call, we can walkthrough our process and discuss our solutions to these problems, and afterwards we will schedule an energy assessment. One of our energy experts will visit your home or business at a predetermined time to take a look at your areas of concern, or find the areas of concern if you aren't certain beforehand. An estimate will be provided that same day, with options, and you will be able to talk through those options with our expert to see what combination of products may best suit your specific needs.
