The Job: Moving my belongings in a top floor 2BR garden condo to a 1BR apartment in a high-rise building = was an ordinary amount of ordinary stuff to be moved.
IT IS EASY did everything correctly. From the very first email to subsequent emails to the pick-up and packing and delivery and "sign here" billing details, this company takes care of EVERYTHING. I didn't have to wonder whether I'd covered all the bases when it came time to move. In advance of the move, this company provides professional practical advice on what to do about this & that in order to assure a quick and easier move for everyone.
"Flawless" is the best word for the actual physical moving of furniture and boxes from one place to another: no damage whatsoever to my possessions nor to the walls and floors of either apartment. Speed of service was equally flawless: this company worked efficiently and energetically and even enthusiastically while schlepping heavy stuff up stairs and down stairs and around tight corners. Communicating with this company before, during, and after the move was simple and stress-free. Paperwork was painless because the company provides the contract and explains the fine print.
The company's experience is extensive -- this is evidenced by the thoroughness of the pre-move planning and the error-free execution of the move from doorstep to doorstep.
SUMMARY: Superior service from beginning to end. On time and on point. Knowledgeable. Sensitive to customer needs. Alert + aware + responsible + reliable + resourceful + courteous + cooperative + committed to excellence.
What do "resourceful" + "committed to excellence" really mean? Resourceful means taking their truck loaded with my stuff that night to their office 16 miles away and returning the next morning @ 9a to complete the move after the high-rise apartment building informed the company that moving is prohibited after 9p. Commitment to excellence means the company did this without a single grumble or snarl or complaint + without assessing a single additional fee and without adding any charges to cover their suddenly additional costs.
The very personable and pleasant people who run this company are the same well-prepared professionals who moved my belongings. Without exception, I received consistently superb high-quality service at every turn. Also high-value service because their rates are low compared to similar-size companies doing similar work. Stated plainly: IT IS EASY is a Sure Thing. Would be illogical and incredibly foolish not to hire this company.

The price estimate was fair and laid out all expenses from the get go. The team arrived promptly and got right to work after the proper paper work was filled out. They were polite and personable while offering suggestions for the best way to pack and move items. They completed my job (from a 1 bedroom apartment to a storage unit) in around 4 hours which I think was appropriate estimating the amount of furniture and boxes I had to move. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again for my self.

Highly recommended! We hired "It is Easy" for our local move from a 2 bedroom apartment to another. Musleem was very quick in responding to our Thumbtack request and answering additional questions we had. They arrived exactly on time and finished in 2.5 hours. They were on-time, quick, and careful with our furniture and breakables (especially some very heavy pieces). Their rate was better than any other company I received quotes from and they had no additional fees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving - both their service and price are fantastic.

Moving is Easy helped us move a large couch to another residence. The couch had to be maneuvered through small spaces and they did a great job. They were courteous and very respectful of time, which was important since the contract was based on an hourly rate. I would highly recommend them and would consider using them again.
