Introduction: All Bodies Fitness provides online remote training during COVID 19 times! We may resume providing on-site personal training once the vaccination is more readily applied. We offer personal training and nutritional consultation for individuals or small groups wanting a trainer to help them improve the way the feel and look. We motivate, educate and inspire our clients to improve their health by bringing the five components of physical fitness to you; body composition, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
We further specialize in nutritional plans geared to weight loss and improved health. We provide a nutrition workshop to educate clients on the aspects of proper nutrition and the pros and cons of 7 different weight loss strategies and then work with the client to come up with the best plan to suite their needs and lifestyle. We offer accountability programs to keep our clients motivated and 'staying the course' to achieve their goals. Together, we can do anything!
