I came to Brian in January of 2015. I have struggled with my weight, self image, and self confidence my entire life. At 42 years old, 5 foot 7, and 276 pounds I was desperately out of shape, weak, and in need of guidance. Every attempt I'd made in my adult life to lose weight and keep it off was miserable failure. I'd gained and lost hundreds of pounds. If you can think of a fitness gimmick, I've tried it. NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Beach Body, Herbalife, all of them! None worked long term. First, what a great guy! I'm a female and always felt comfortable. Brian has so many different ideas and techniques I never get bored. I'm training for a specific event and within 30 days every number improved. I did my cardio on my own and did strength training, core workouts, legs, lifting, etc. I highly recommend.

Brian is outstanding! And while I have only had a few sessions with him so far, I can say I will definitely continue them. He wrote a workout for me to do at home complete with videos of him showing how to do the different moves. He is very attentive and personable while very professional. Can't wait to see all the things I will achieve with Brian as my trainer!

Absolute professional from the start, but still made it fun. Brian already recognized my injuries and came up with ways to not just work around them but build the support near the problems to lessen the pain and build stability. Can't go wrong with Brian
