FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its the lowest rate that I have charged in a long time. Rates increase as time slots are filled, my highest rate has been 180 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess exactly where they are and discover how to reach the next level, as efficiently as possible. I also share all the information for why we do every exercise. Everything is trained with a purpose and a few of my clients have become successful part time trainers with the knowledge that I was able to provide them with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a few of the typical online certifications most trainers have. My main cert is a 500 hour in class program called NPTI where we learn every muscle's origin and insertion, nutrition, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and NASM guidelines as well as group training. While adhering to an intense training regimen for full time immersive education. What sets me apart is a combined two years of full time classes specific for training and my reading speed that serves as a catalysts for further self education. I am never flat on my back not trying to improve.
