I have been contracted with Benchmark for about a year now. The are very organized and responsive. They took over from another manager who mismanaged the property and they immediately got things under control. Recently, my property needed to be quickly made ready to rent to a new tenant. They arranged for contractors to make all the necessary repairs, and had it painted and carpeted within a week and 1/2. The cost was reasonable and the results were very good. The property was rented within 3 days after listing.

Benchmark Property Management, specifically Vafo, are hands down THE BEST. When my parents needed to move during the COVID pandemic, everyone knew selling their home was not the best choice. And I knew maintaining a rental home would be difficult for them. Suddenly met with all these new possibilities and unknown outcomes with COVID + Housing Laws, Vafo made sure we understood not only as absolute beginners to having a rental property but what this pandemic meant for those who have rental properties.Vafo was not only patient, but understanding every single step of the way, especially during some of the problems that arose in the process. He was SO kind to my parents and myself, and was always answering the excessive amounts of questions we constantly had. I do not think its even enough to justify me just saying Vafo went above and beyond. He was always doing way more than what his job required of him. It always surprised my parents and I.Benchmark Property Management ensured a safe and smooth process to signing all the way to move in day for the tenants.

My experience with Benchmark Management was great.. We rented a home for a year & just moved out... Vafo, the rental property manager was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns through out the year... He answered every question I had up to the last day.. Vafo was prompt and knowledgeable. He made our living a very comfortable one cuz when we had any issues with the house he was fast to react to, and the vendors that he would send out would do a quick and great job.... Thank u!!!!

I am a property owner and have worked with Vafo at BPM over the past several weeks. He has been incredibly responsive, and I am particularly thankful that he has been flexible and helpful with transitioning my property to BPM's management by coordinating taking possession from my current tenant (while I am out of the area) and preparing the property for and quickly finding/securing a new tenant. Vafo is also always quick with responding to calls/emails and following up with any issues and seems to genuinely care about conducting a reputable business. This has made this transition a smooth one.

I am extremely satisfied with Benchmark Property Management. They are very thorough when it is time to prepare a house for rental, which in turn helped me to get tenants very quickly. Whenever I have a concern or question they respond within 24 hours (usually sooner). Since I currently live out-of-state I have great peace of mine knowing that my property is being managed so well.
