Rupali was well aware of market conditions of the local area, which helped me with a corporate relocation from out-of-state. She went out of her way to make herself available to respond to concerns or property viewing requests, even after midnight many times. She has the MLIS system access that all Realtor's need to provide up-to-date property listings, and is aware of local amenities that impact property value, such as school districts, local supermarkets, and cultural preferences. Rupali was also generous in providing a buyer's rebate when I went way above my expected purchase price given market conditions to get what I wanted. Would highly recommend her!

Rupali was amazing. In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale (think "pennies on the dollar"), and a third sale far below market of homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very worried about establishing a sales price.
When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. Rupali told us not to worry and asked us to trust her. We had a contract 48 hours later! It was unbelievable.
Rupali guided us through the process and was very responsive. We were concerned our home would not appraise for the contract price due to those prior sales. Rupali again told us not to worry. The appraisal came back fine; there were no adjustments due to the prior sales.
We sold the home earlier this week and cannot thank Rupali enough for her services. She was fantastic and we're so thankful we chose her.

Rupali explains all the details of property in detail and does not force buyers to close a deal.
