- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently have a special - book a full 8 hour day, and get one of those hours for free. This discount is already included in our day rate booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In-person or online consultation prior to first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have education, experience and training in their respective professions. We take pride in our work, the services we offer at XRJ, and select staff members who will not only do a great job, but bring about fun times and a comfortable creative environment for our guests.
