I had a very positive experience with the roofing company representative Walter who came out for a roof leak inspection and overall roof evaluation. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and explain the issues in clear detail. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions honestly and provided practical recommendations without any pressure or upselling. The inspection was detailed, and I felt confident that the quote and assessment were based on a careful evaluation of the roof’s condition. Excellent customer service, strong communication, and a very professional approach throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
