I had a very positive experience with the roofing company representative Walter who came out for a roof leak inspection and overall roof evaluation. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and explain the issues in clear detail. I appreciated that he answered all of my questions honestly and provided practical recommendations without any pressure or upselling.

The inspection was detailed, and I felt confident that the quote and assessment were based on a careful evaluation of the roof’s condition. Excellent customer service, strong communication, and a very professional approach throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

I was very impressed with their desire to understand our issues, do a thorough evaluation of the problem and propose a solution that was not just a quick fix. They were excellent in their professionalism and always kept us informed of what was being done and when. The workers were always polite, did good work, and cleaned up after they were done for the day. At completion, they walked the job with us to ensure we were satisfied.
