Brian reviewed the process for our webinar and strategized about what we needed to prepare so we would have a successful conference. The video loop he put together for us (with various sponsor announcements) was wonderful and he added great graphics at the beginning and end of the loop. He was flexible when we changed the agenda at the last minute and he had all of our slides ready to be displayed at different times. I appreciate his flexibility. He stepped in to quickly resolve problems that came up with the speakers' systems and always has a calm and positive approach.
