I had my first reading with Viviana and it was absolutely amazing. I had scheduled for 30 minutes and by the time the session was over I wanted to spend more time with her. I was amazed on how accurate her readings were. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing is done with the intention of being able to be accessible to as many people as possible. My work and gift is priceless, and as a divine healer and being, it is my duty and purpose to awaken, heal, guide, and support humanity as best as possible, whoever it is that comes across my profile, my business, and website.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I ask to know their goals and what it is they seek out of our session(s) together, and I ask if they have done their proper research and self-education into what it is that I do, be it tarot, energy therapy, intuitive readings, or healing. I guide them to my website, so that they see the services that I offer, and they can book accordingly.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have had this gift since I was born, and to ask what training I have is a bit misleading for a lot of people. I am self-educated, and respectively have my Reiki Master certification, but I do so much more than just Reiki. I work in the non-physical and have access to all realms and dimensions of consciousness. I have a B.S. in Education with a minor in Psychology, and it has allowed me to help others understand themselves, and teach different levels of awareness that we may not have had access to in the past.
