Richard is absolutely awesome!! I was having an issues with a weird smell in my apartment and could not get rid of it. Richard helped me identify the sources of the odor and advised me how to treat them at our consultation. Richard was very fair and honest and didn't try to upsell me or sell me services I didn't need. Definitely if I needed this type of service again I would only trust Rich's company to do the work.
