Clayton catered our wedding in 2012 and did a wonderful job. He took our food ideas and melded them with his own unique touch to create a menu that not only suited our palates and our budget, but our venue. We held our reception on the Blue Ridge Parkway at the top of a mountain that was at least 100 yards from the nearest outlet or kitchen space. Still, Claytons array of chafing dishes allowed us to have a full-on, warm burrito and taco bar, an artisanal cheese and fruit spread, and a variety of h'ors d'oeuvres including Clayton's signature smoked pork crostini. We couldn't have asked for more. From brainstorming menu ideas to hand-picking each ingredient, Butler Catering did a fantastic job.

Chef Butler catered a five course celebration dinner that was amazing. He provided unexpected special touches such as individualized formal menus for the guests. The coconut shrimp had a beautiful golden brown crunchy exterior yet so moist and flavorful. Best ever! Chef Butler exceeded our expectations. We have another celebration on the horizon. I should book it now.

Butler Catering has been the best experience we have ever had with a caterer. We have been fortunate to have his service twice and are looking forward to the next. Barbequed ribs, smoked turkey breast, grilled corn on the cob, kale salad, split pea soup with ham hock, Italian wedding cookies . . . everything was delicious and the presentation was beautiful!

Clayton catered our son's outdoor wedding reception up on a mountain in the Blue Ridge. The food was wonderful and well presented. He worked under challenging circumstances and pulled it all off with a smile. Thanks Clayton! Will definitely call I need again.
