I hired Travis to cater a Holiday Party/Open House. As the business owner I did not have a lot of time to spend on planning. Travis personally met with me at the office, and we discussed preferences for food, presentation, and budget. Within two days I received an email with menu choices, item pricing, and the option to purchase items myself, or have him do the shopping. I decided to have him purchase the items. The day of the event I found him to be prompt, efficient, and professional. He brought everything with him, and set up quietly and efficiently without disrupting the normal flow of business. The food and presentation were exactly as planned. During the event he kept the food warm, and all dishes filled. I feel his assistance contributed to the success of the event.
