Had a big problem, and these guys came out in a BIG WAY! Worked thru the rain no complaints all smiles. Stayed with us from 5 till 11pm. Hard workers all of them!. These guys are the real deal, defenitly going to call them for our next problem. Foxfire Farm thanks you guys!!!

The Otter Guys came through!! We had two people come out and both were professional, kind and very informative! You don't expect to have to call a plumber but Donald and Amir were excellent at their work and made it easier on us! Highly recommend The Otter Guys!!

Kevin was very professional. He was clear about the problems with my system, offered options and gave pros and cons for each. No pressure and they offered to loan me window units until the work is completed. Good sales experience. Hope installation goes as well.

We had a drain line in our basement back up, flooding the basement, and The Otter Guys came out the same day to help clear the drain line and get everything back in working order for us.
