I have worked for many of the heating and cooling companies out there and have found a lack of compassion for their customers. I feel that approach was wrong, I feel very strongly that you should treat a customer like you would your own family. That's what I enjoy.

David was great. He showed up within 20 minutes of my initial post on thumbtack. He did an absolute great job of doing a thorough check my AC and went through a systematic process of checking everything out. I will be calling David from now on to fix my AC.

Dave responded within 15 minutes of my job post and was at my home within 30-45 minutes! He did an amazing job, cleaning and servicing our AC. I have a 14 month old and was doubly grateful for his quick response, professionalism and knowledgeability! I have already referred him to someone and will again! Thank you Dave!

David was very professional and took the time not only to explain what was wrong, but wait around to make sure the problem was truly fixed the first time. I appreciate his honesty and outstanding work ethic! When I need a new A/C in the future, I will be calling David first!
