- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to every customer. Different people want different things. While we do our best to estimate the price, there is always a chance it can vary slightly. In New Construction, it is a contracted price, but in retrofit, they are a great number of things we can run into that affect the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to meet all customer's at their home or at our Automation showroom. This gives us the best way tog et to know each other and make sure we are the right fit for your project. The next step is give a preliminary price estimate. This may see one or two revisions before the end price is finalized. Some projects (depends on equipment and material needed) could take longer to complete, or may need to start later in the process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At the end of every project, we want to make sure you understand what has been done, any education that goes with that and make sure you know what numbers to call should an issue arise.
