FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on average $125 an hour. I work 12 sessions with a client that we plan for, if need for renewal is there we renew for an additional 12 sessions. I use a timeline so that myself and my client have a goal to work toward. Clients can either pay up front 1500; or they can pay monthly. If they pay monthly a small surcharge is added because of my credit card processing fees. The per month charge is 525. (Price can be slightly negotiated based on need)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet with the person via google meet. I ask them a little bit about what they are trying to accomplish, change or work on or towards. I give a introduction about myself and go into a little bit about how I believe we can proceed. Once we establish an agreement, I begin with the mindset of the individual and their framework. What are they truly affected by, changed by, driven by. We then work through the core values of the individual. Who are you deep down? Who are you at your core? What is truly driving you to change? Once we have our core established, it allows us to be grounded and able to evaluate ourselves rationally in order to move forward in a positive light.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Bachelors of the arts in Sociology from The Catholic University of America located in Washington DC. I graduated Cum Laude and received the Kirby award, it is given to one Sociology graduate each year that holds exemplary marks from their Thesis; to which I had to defend as if I was presenting a Doctoral Dissertation. I received a Masters in Education from Old Dominion University located in Norfolk Virginia, where I received my Counseling Degree. My Life Coaching Certification came from The Academy of modern Psychology, as there is no formal Life Coaching certification offered at a University at this time. My Counseling degree prepared me for the certification as many techniques and philosophies overlap.
