Introduction: I have over 15 years of tutoring experience. My students have performed excellent not only in academic grading but also in standardized testing. My goal as a tutor is to make sure students learn and master the concepts, then use the concepts to solve problems presented in different formats. This approach allows students to expand skill set to solve any problem fast and accurate. Once the confidence is developed, it gives students the abilities which helps further in learning. When it comes to studying for tests it is important that you have enough practice on the material for the test. With enough practice on similar problems it becomes the second nature to start working on the problem immediately as you read it. This allows you to not only solve problems fast and accurately and you always have time to review your work. This is the technique that I motivate in my students for them to get good grades in tests. In simple works it is the practice that makes you perfect so I use that approach to prepare the students for the tests.
