Pricing depends on the document count, travel distance, appointment time, and service type. We quote mobile visits, remote notarizations, loan signings, and apostille work upfront so you know the total before booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We confirm the document type, number of signers, IDs, location or remote option, witnesses, deadline, and receiving-party requirements. Then we confirm the price and appointment and explain what to have ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are commissioned Virginia notaries and Remote Online Notaries. Bryan is an NNA Certified Signing Agent, background screened, and insured with $100,000 in E&O coverage, with more than 800 completed remote sessions.
