Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Corporate and small business clients trust us to produce targeted sales and training presentations, cutting-edge commercials, and thought-provoking documentary films. Musicians love our innovative music video productions.
We also provide a-la-carte services, including cinematography, producing, audio design, motion graphics, video production, and video editing to accommodate all types of projects.
Recently, we have begun offering high-quality introduction profile videos to professional clients such as Real Estate agents and Brokers, Physicians, Dentists, and Attorneys. These videos are typically 60 - 90 seconds in length and showcase the professional in his or her element while allowing the potential client to get to know more about what to expect.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. We are recently produced a DVD titled "Dogs2Diapers." This training program teaches expectant parents how to get their dogs ready for the new baby.
We produced three long form documentary films for clients in the energy industry in 2014 and are in pre-production for a feature length documentary that will be released in October, 2015.
Andrea London, a Visi representative, uses the Professional ProFile video we produced for her to attract clients.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We work quickly and efficiently. Our productions routinely come in under budget and above expectations.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We never have to go to work! We LOVE what we do and it shows in our productions!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most frequent question we are asked is "How much will it cost to produce our video?" The answer is not a simple as it may seem. This question is akin to asking "How much does it cost to build a house?"
The answer is, "It depends." Several factors go into the production of a high quality video or film. We need to know things like how long is the video, who is your audience, who will be providing the script, what kind of graphics will be involved, and more. Once we have the big picture, we will provide you with options and budgets to get your production completed.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. Ask yourself, "How much does it cost to build a house?"
It's kind of hard to answer that question without quite a bit more information, isn't it? You need to know how large the house will be, what materials will be used, how quickly should it be completed, and so on. The same is true for video production.
Clients understandably want to know what investment they will need to make in their video production. The honest answer is, "that depends." Now, this may seem like we are skirting the issue, but the truth is far from it. We simply need more information from you, the client.
The 240fps staff takes the time to get to know you, your goals, your wants, and your needs. We take this information and work with you to determine what kind of production will work best for you and what kind of budget will be needed.
Many of our productions come in under budget. Contact us through our website and we will work with you to produce exactly what you need in the most cost effective manner.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Film and television production is cool. Lots of people want to get into the business, and we are asked about how to get started. The best answer is to find someone to mentor you!
Several members of our staff have mentored many young, aspiring video producers, cinematographers, and filmmakers. Some of these young people have continued in the industry by attending film school or working as freelancers. A few have gone on to become some of the best in the local industry and we employ them on our productions.
