I highly recommend her services, she was responsive and very professional. Unfortunately we are dealing with circumstances that left my Dad bed bound and he is unable to get around the way he once did. So to experience the ease of her services was comforting. Again I highly recommend her.

I wasn't very pleased with my experience. First, she increased the charge, but did't give me a reasonable explanation until after the invoice was paid. She didn't tell me that she was going to charge me extra to convert the file. She didn't tell me that she was going to charge me extra to remove the background noise. The initial fee was 300. The final fee was 475. The price increase would not have been an issue if at least it was done correctly . I believe a dictation machine was used because there were obvious mistakes made that a live person would not have made. Clear sentences were completely transcribed incorrectly. There were entire sentences and paragraphs where there were clearly two speakers having a conversation, yet it was transcribed as one speaker. Only 1 of the 3 files were timed stamped. Everything after that had no time stamps. There were two files with absolutely no reference to the time on the recording that was being transcribed. Furthermore, this was not even edited prior to giving it to me. There were entire conversations there were not transcribed, but they were very clear and easily heard on the audio file. This was a rushed job, and it shows. I specifically asked if she was experienced in this because I knew this was time-consuming and needed it complete the following day. I had to go through this entire transcription and correct errors and time stamp each speaker. This was extremely time consuming. Especially when I already paid to have that done. I understand there may be some errors, but this was very poorly transcribed. I am very disappointed in her services, to say the least. I reached out to her before writing this review to allow her to correct the problem, but she has yet to do so. Or reply to the actual issue with the transcription. She only addressed the final invoice stating that it was made available prior to payment. Which it was not.

Trucia C. I am sorry you feel this way. And I wish you were honest about how you presented this task. Every best effort was made for transcribing your project. You contacted me stating the audio was shorter than it was and gave 24 hours to complete (as you started above "TC-Hi yes I have an audio recording. It's about 8 hrs long. I would like to have it complete by today or tomorrow the latest)". So not only was the audio almost 10 hours with a 24 hour turnaround, the audio would not open because it was sent as a Google Chrome File which you were informed from the very beginning so had to convert file to even listen to it. The audio contained excessive background noise, overlapping speaking, just overall horrible audio quality. Once everything was reviewed a NEW ESTIMATE was sent with a full breakdown of what the new cost included. You had the choice to Accept or Decline. YOU ACCEPTED the new estimate! Once the new estimate was accepted, a new Invoice is automatically generated with the same information. Work was done tirelessly all day and night to complete 105 pages of your unreasonable project in 24 hours. Even provided a letter at the finish breakdown noting the difficulty and errors that where possibly made. Professional and communicating until the end. Please Note: **All other reviews are positive**
