Introduction: Having devoted years of my life to the safety and well-being of my fellow man, over 25 years to be exact, I have worked in the Human Relation and Social Services fields and spent time with many families that I have come to love. I decided to become a CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) Instructor after the tragic death of my grandson in 2011. Since then I have dedicated many hours to the education of others and will continue to bring the best service possible to all that are in need of CPR, Basic First Aid (BFA) and Automated external defibrillator (AED) training. I have certified over 200 participants in my training sessions within the Department of Social Services and Goodwill Industries, in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. It is my purpose to make sure that no other family feels the helplessness that I did on that fateful day. Providing American Safety and Health Institute approved training for all individuals to become certified in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation), Basic First Aid (BFA), and AED (Automated external defibrillator) allowing everyone to become a life saver! The American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) promotes a hands-on approach to learning and provides training programs that allow our trainers and individual students with retention resources to maintain their certifications and meet their other career-based needs. ASHI training programs are recognized, accepted and approved by nearly 2,400 state regulatory agencies within the U.S. We are also approved and supported by occupational licensing boards, national associations, commissions and councils in more than 150 professions and occupations.
