Floyd assessed the cause of a light fixture that was not working and a humming noise that came from the associated switch and determined that the switch was bad. He also checked another light fixture that tends to go through light bulbs unusually quickly and determined that the fixture was fine, but suggested the burnouts could be the result of occasional power surges. He informed us that our power company could provide a whole house surge protector to protect from such surges. Floyd arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and inexpensively. He was polite and showed integrity by providing an honest assessment of the issue with our second fixture instead of just replacing it and earning additional fees.

Floyd is very pleasant to talk with and work with. He is very low key. He will do any electrical work you need. He worked from a ladder for at least half an hour to replace a light fixture over a stairwell that was in an awkward place to get to. He also fixed some outlets in other rooms that would not work with the wall switches (because I had installed the outlets incorrectly!) In sum, this was a pleasant experience working with a nice, knowledgable guy who I enjoyed talking with as he worked. Highly recommended. Very reasonably priced, too!

A++ Service! Was able to get to me the next day!! Of course when he arrived all of my electrical problems would not occur for me to show him what was going on. He did a few diagnostic tests and everything checked out. He told me that as soon as it happened again to call him and he would come out right away at no charge. My breakers weren’t labeled properly so he wanted to identify the right breaker before he left so we would know when he came back out, and once we did that he ended up finding the problem, and got it taken care of!! Will definitely be using him again!!!

We called Floyd to take care of a few electrical jobs for our home:1) repair an overhead fixture that was not working, 2) install a new overhead fixture, and 3) install a new 6 light vanity bar. He replied to my request in a very timely manner and came later the same day. He arrived on time and fixed everything to our satisfaction. We found his rates to be very reasonable.
