I am extremely pleased with the service RMS provided. They installed a ceiling fan on my 16 foot ceilings. Other companies gave me very expensive quotes because of the height, but RMS charged a reasonable amount more for the height. The fan is well balanced and doesn’t make noise at all. They were professional, polite and punctual. I will definitely call them again.

Received an unsolicited updated 1”quote that increased the number of hours and the rate. I contacted them about why and agreed to the new quote. Work was completed but the invoice was nearly triple original quote. They left multiple holes in drywall that I have to now patch however the new drops are functional.
