- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your needs, the size of the project, and any custom work that may be required. There are additional fees for setup, strike(breakdown), delivery, pickup, sales taxes, and damage waiver fees for all rental items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial free consultation via phone, Zoom, or in person to determine your needs. If we are a good fit for one another we continue the process by scheduling a design consultation to discuss design and logistics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I am a Certified Pipe and Drape Specialist and Instructor. I am a self taught event florist, but I have studied under other event florists. I am constantly educating myself to ensure we keep up with the current trends.
