- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are for labor. Materials are a separate price. Will travel outside Richmond area but have to charge mileage. Can work with customer on a fair price for the whole job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what they want done. If they provide the material. Where their located and when they would preferr to have it done by.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked in the trades for most of my adult life. Either as a carpenter or as a helper.
