- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there are any additional things added at the time of completing the job a small fee will be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing an estimate and then seeing the project to let the customer know if I can do the job and if I need additional materials. After I am done, talking them through what was completed and if anything needs to be done at a different time due to needed materials and then going over the final bill.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have completed work for commercial properties and residential customers.
