What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate for our estimates. This is a very specific software that has complete sketches of each room with measurements and line by line detailed descriptions of work being performed. Our estimates come with easy to read pricing for each room and a total price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are water damage restoration certified. We are also adding more certifications to our company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have always been in construction all of our lives. Both of our families were in construction.
