- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested (standard, deep clean, or move-in/move-out), and the overall condition of the space. We always aim to provide fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We do offer discounts for first time customers, recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as well as referral and review-based discounts for returning clients. Final pricing may vary slightly if additional services or heavy-duty cleaning is needed, but we always communicate and get approval before making any adjustments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. It starts with a quick conversation to understand your needs, the size of your home, and the type of cleaning you’re looking for. From there, we provide an estimate and answer any questions you may have. Once everything looks good, we schedule a date and time that works best for you. On the day of the appointment, our team arrives ready to complete the agreed scope of work with attention to detail and care. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure you’re satisfied and address anything if needed. For ongoing services, we can also set you up on a recurring schedule.
