May 2023 , I had Jess Foundation come out to get an inspection with estimate , The company sent Barry Kenneth who was and is very knowledgeable , respectable , and knows how to explain and structuring , foundation issues if any, knows his products include having experience with such but most of all you noticed took pride in serving include representing a business such as Jess foundation to represent who supports a good / great company , which takes care of there community and employees, I will say you Guys sure did a great job finding or hiring Barry Kenneth to represent your company in a manner that helps keep your buisness growing. I had ecapulation completed on August 2023, the crew that was sent was also equally Knowledge and took pride in their work, which Not only represents just foundation but themselves as individuals that took pride in their trade that don't let these go anywhere that gentleman name was Paul who was the Forman , I could tell the moment after I spoke with him and reviewing before he started and after he finished with all the details / scope of work with pics was just what I hoped for, some one like Kenneth that really cared but also took pride in thier trade / field . The county inspector came out to inspect and first thing he said to me was wow ! You had one of the best of their crews! that is Good work which I replied that I knew I had one as I could tell by his speaking and knowledge of work he and his crew member which I hope the young man knows he's working and or learning from one of the best.Again thank youLooking forward to future work in other home

We had a basement leak for which we had requested multiple quotes on fixing. Of all the companies, JES came in with both the most professional salesperson (John) and the lowest quote - and were also the ones who could fix it the soonest (within a couple of weeks rather than 3 months or more).So we hired them and they came, as promised, on a Friday. We were initially told by the salesperson it was a two day job, then told by the company that it was a one-day job. Either way, we were prepared for two days. They explained up front it would be noisy the first day (since the basement is also my home office) but better after they finished breaking up the concrete.Hector and David, the crew who did the work, were very professional and even went so far as to tell us we could watch and ask any questions while they were working (not all crews will do this) - and we did. They ran into some issues with multiple layers of concrete and it did end up being a two day job - they promised to be back the next Monday to finish it. And they did. Hector was unable to work that day but David came back with another crew member and they quickly set about to finish all of the work. When I noted that the pump did not go all the way to the ditch as originally promised, they explained that the measurements took it just short - and then said not to worry and they would extend an extra five feet without issue.They did a fantastic job and we have had no subsequent issues (several weeks later now) and everything is working as expected. They did great work and I especially want to call out the work and professionalism of both Hector and David who were great! Thank you for a job well done with a minimum of fuss and hassle!

JES did exactly what I was trying to get done, repair our patio slab instead of demo and pouring a new one (as others insisted). Levi listened to my concerns and got it his team out there to get the slabs leveled and stabilized. The team showed up on time, walked the project with me and asked if I had any questions prior to starting. In a few hours, they stabilized the area and let me review prior to them leaving. Would use them again!
