Energy Force provides personalized hands-on training built on a strong foundation of fundamentals and knowledge. I am ACE certified and enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. I love to work with many different types of people to test my knowledge and abilities and to help people grow and advance on their fitness journey. Muscle building, weight loss, and overall fitness are all within my area of expertise. I love personal training. It's a dream come true for me because I get to work with people and help them advance their fitness and achieve their goals. It combines my love of customer service with my passion for fitness. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client achieve a goal and make a positive change in their life!
