James was amazing! He was very responsive to my initial request and actually took the time to give me a call to gain clarity on what it was that I needed done. When he arrived he was on time and went straight to work. There were a couple minor roadblocks we were unaware of from previous plumbers that had worked on our house in the past, but he was able to quickly resolve those issues. The entire appointment he was very professional. He kept us in the loop on the problem areas and his plan to fix them, which was very helpful. The connections to the kitchen sink got installed just in time for my son’s birthday party. Precise plumbing definitely has earned themselves a returning customer. Thank you again!
