Mike really went above and beyond repairing my heat pump motor. He was here for around 5 hours making sure everything was running properly and cleaned from lack of maintenance. He even took the extra effort to find a water release pipe buried under my back deck and he cleaned out my outside unit of pine needles and debris that had collected over several years. He has a forever customer with me and I will recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services. A++ rating!

My heater stopped working and Mike came the same day I called to look at it. He even fixed my fireplace that I had never used because I was scared. He was super polite and so helpful with everything. Totally recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Mike!

Mike was phenomenal, courteous and very professional. Its July in VA so its very hot but Mike came with an hour to repair my AC. I am so impressed with Artic HVAC that they will be my choice for all future HVAC services. THANKS Mike!!

Our AC unit was not cooling the house during one of hottest days of June, 2025. When I called Arctic HVAC and Mechanical, the person was very courteous and came to our house within few hours. He updated me on his arrival status and fixed our AC promptly. I highly recommend Arctic HVAC and Mechanical.
