Arctic HVAC and Mechanical LLC did an outstanding job! Mike was incredibly responsive—right after I submitted my request, he called and texted immediately to get me scheduled for the very next day. When he arrived, he quickly identified and fixed the issue with my ceiling fan. He was thorough, highly professional throughout the process, and charged a very reasonable rate for the work. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend his services!

Mike really went above and beyond repairing my heat pump motor. He was here for around 5 hours making sure everything was running properly and cleaned from lack of maintenance. He even took the extra effort to find a water release pipe buried under my back deck and he cleaned out my outside unit of pine needles and debris that had collected over several years. He has a forever customer with me and I will recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services. A++ rating!

My heater stopped working and Mike came the same day I called to look at it. He even fixed my fireplace that I had never used because I was scared. He was super polite and so helpful with everything. Totally recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Mike!

Terrible customer service was not welcome and got an attitude as I was asking about pricing. Mike did not seemed engaged and was very rude.
