I sent a message this morning to see if he had availability to come look at my freezer. He messaged back quickly saying he had availability between 8-10. He came out made quick work of diagnosing that it was dead. Great guy to work with!

I messaged on Thumbtack on Sunday , Mike (Artic ) called me within 10 minutes or less. He came out on Sunday by 4:20 . Diagnosed my Samsung Dryer issue. Ordered Belt for it and returned on Tuesday with parts and fixed , repaired and tested the Dryer ! The costs was more than fair and reasonable. I’ll put his contact information into my phone for the future. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it all went. High Praise to this Appliance Technician!
