Studio Z were excellent to work with. We wanted to put an addition on and extensively renovate of 1950's Cape Cod while staying as true as we could to the architectural style of the home. This posed some challenges, and Patrick and Donelle worked on many iterations of the plans with us. They were timely, and their command of the technology allowed for us to quickly see some changes as we were discussing them. They also made some smart space use recommendations that we did not initially think of. We truly enjoyed working with them and we are so happy with the (near) final product! We would highly recommend working with Studio Z!

Pat has been a long time friend and this was the first time I worked with him on a professional level. Pat and his team provided us with drawings for an inlaw suite addition in our house and both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the drawings and all of the work that went into putting them together.

We partnered with Studio Z on two separate projects and found their work to be excellent. They provided thorough, detailed drawings and responded to any deadlines or changes with a rapid turn around. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend them highly.

We worked with Patrick Zampetti at Studio Z when we opened our gym. This was our first experience with a facility design and build-out so we had lots of fears and concerns. Thankfully Patrick put us at ease with his knowledge, experience and professionalism. He has done this for decades so he was able to point out so many things we wouldn't have even thought of. Looking back after 5 years of operating our business and there isn't a single thing we think we missed or should have done differently with our layout and design. I would highly recommend Studio Z for anyone looking for an architect to help with their home or business.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation. Once we fully understand your specific design goals, we will prepare a detailed, straightforward, fixed fee agreement for your review and approval.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that the customer is the most valuable part of the design team. We start by meeting with the customer at no charge for a relaxed discussion about their design goals for the project. We offer the benefits of our experience but our most important job during this initial meeting is to listen. Only then can we begin to bring together all aspects of design to achieve the best possible solution.
