- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat and transparent, no surprise invoices. Private party tablescaping starts at $1,500 for up to 30 guests, all in. That includes design, setup, strike, and our signature aesthetic fully executed. Florals and specialty rentals are quoted separately based on your vision. We currently have a limited Founding Client offer available, ask us about it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand the feeling you're going for before we talk numbers. From there we send a concept direction, confirm the details, and handle everything. You show up to your own event as a guest. That's the point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is in experience design, event production, and visual storytelling. TheoryHouse was built on years of studying what makes people feel something when they walk into a room and then learning how to create that intentionally every time.
