- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at CES, we strive to be competitive priced and also produce excellent, professional products that the customers are excited about. Our hope is that our customers will come back to CES for future projects and maybe even refer CES to their friends that are in need of a great contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects will require an onsite pre-bid meeting with the customer to go thoroughly review the project and completely understand what the customer is looking for in a finished product. There are a few exceptions; sometimes a project is small and straightforward enough to be able to provide a bid proposal based off of a phone conversation and pictures of the existing conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At CES we have been building and remodeling for over 25 years so you can expect excellence in our construction work. The owner is also a professional civil engineer which also helps considerably with regard to structural issues as well as knowing the process and direction needed for design and pre-construction.
