We charge a $100 estimate fee, which will be credited toward your total once hired. Small jobs that take less than one hour have a $100 minimum. You are welcome to add more small jobs to fill the time for the $100. We are only accepting jobs that are ready to start within 7 days. If you’re providing materials, please have everything on hand when we arrive for the estimate. For same-day or next-day online estimates, please include clear photos and measurements so we can provide an accurate quote. Larger jobs require a 50% deposit before work begins, and any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Let’s build something great!
