Fixed-Rate Quoting For most major services (Painting, Furniture Assembly, Gutter Installation, etc.), we provide a detailed, fixed-rate quote before any work begins. This quote is based on the specific scope of work, materials required, and estimated time—meaning the price we quote is the price you pay. 2. Fees & Minimums Trip/Service Minimum: For very small, single-item jobs (like mounting a single small TV or a quick repair), a modest Minimum Service Fee may apply. This covers the necessary travel time, vehicle fuel, and job setup. This minimum will always be clearly stated in your initial quote. Unexpected Work: If we encounter unforeseen issues (e.g., severe wood rot beneath a deck, a damaged wall behind a TV mount area) that require additional labor outside the original scope, we will stop work immediately and provide you with a detailed change order and revised cost estimate for your approval before proceeding. 3. Discounts & Bundles We appreciate our customers and proudly offer discounts: Hero Discount: We offer 10% off to all Seniors and Military/First Responders (ID required). Service Bundles: Save money by bundling complementary services, such as combining Power Washing with Gutter Cleaning or a Deck Stain with Minor Repair Work.
