In a little over 3 busy hours, Kathy and her staff came into my house and completed a heavy duty cleaning of a house that had been neglected for about 5 weeks. I am not talking about wiping things down, I am talking about getting down on their hands and knees, standing on step stools, and moving furniture to ensure every area was spotless. I was extremely impressed with the teamwork that not only included her staff, but also included Kathy getting down on hands and knees also. The team arrived with their assignments already assigned and immediately went to work and did not stop until the job was finished. This is a top notch organization, which meet all my expectations and more. I was so pleased with the results and I am eagerly awaiting their next cleaning. I have to compliment Kathy for a very appropriate name for her organization, "The Intelligent Choice".

very thorough and great communication. kathy responds super quick and will work around your schedule even if it’s somewhat last minute. she even came back right away when i noticed sometime went uncleaned and took care of it right away. her team is very kind, respectful, and friendly as well. floors are sparkling and the house is dust free!!

I do offer discounts for referrals as well as some holiday specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home to give you a free estimate because I can only give a rough estimate on the thumbtack site. each house is different with it's own set of circumstances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of working with a franchise cleaning company and 15 years in my own business. I have also taken workshops and belonged to several cleaning organizations.
