- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour that includes 1 owner cleaning, supplies and fuel along with drive time. Drive time is charged to and from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically introduce myself and ask what type of cleaning they are looking for. I would then schedule a free consultation with the client. This allows us to meet, so they can get a feel for who I am and what type of services their requesting, along with walking through the home with them. I can then work up a firm estimate for them. My estimates are free and so are the consultations. Estimates must be approved before performing any services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in fire restoration and water mitigation. The most detailed cleaning that there is. I have 16 years experience in cleaning commercial properties and homes of all kinds. Professional training in packing, unpacking, move ins and move outs. Professional experience loading box trucks and packing correctly. Can run crews on commercial properties from beginning to end. There's no cleaning I haven't done. Just ask me!
