So... I hired Lily Rose's Cleaning Service to come help me clean up around my home. Today was cleaning day! They did such an excellent job that I can't help but visit the different rooms over and over to see how nice and clean they are. We haven't used our living room in ages and the dust built up on the floor is years old. Amy and crew went right in and made the floors look beautiful again. (I haven't been able to clean everything I want to due to severe spinal and joint issues. But I do what I can, which isn't too much, unfortunately.) I wish I had taken before pics to post with the after ones to show everyone just what Lily Rose's squad can do. The girl's were very kind and Amy worked with me from the time of request till the job was done and then some to make this happen for me. Thank you!! It is so appreciated!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour that includes 1 owner cleaning, supplies and fuel along with drive time. Drive time is charged to and from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically introduce myself and ask what type of cleaning they are looking for. I would then schedule a free consultation with the client. This allows us to meet, so they can get a feel for who I am and what type of services their requesting, along with walking through the home with them. I can then work up a firm estimate for them. My estimates are free and so are the consultations. Estimates must be approved before performing any services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in fire restoration and water mitigation. The most detailed cleaning that there is. I have 16 years experience in cleaning commercial properties and homes of all kinds. Professional training in packing, unpacking, move ins and move outs. Professional experience loading box trucks and packing correctly. Can run crews on commercial properties from beginning to end. There's no cleaning I haven't done. Just ask me!
